The Ultimate wash is the longest and takes approximately 8 minutes to complete, however if you come during the times our Preparation station is open than our team will also spend about 6 to 8 minutes on your car before entering the wash.
"Prep" is included with the Ultimate Wash when attendees are onsite. Attendees are onsite 9 am to 4 pm 7 Days. Except for public holidays and Rainy days.
The Touch-free auto washes include “Turbo Wheel Blast” this will remove lite dust and wheel grime from alloys. When our attendees are onsite your alloys will be sprayed with an additional pre-soak and rinsed with a high-pressure hose to help remove further grime.
The dog wash facility has a detailed poster and information guide attached. This guide will provide you recommendations of how best to wash your dog. Alternatively, we have put a small video linked from the website that will show you how to wash your dog.
Our brushes are made from high-quality boar hair and will not scratch your car. However, it is important you rinse the brush prior to use to ensure no debris is left on the brush from the previous user. This is mentioned in the bay.
You get 10 minutes to wash your dog but can add $1 or $2 coins for additional time if required. However, most dogs can be easily washed in the 10 minutes allocated without having to rush. Additional coins for the extra time will need to be added before your time runs out.
In each self-serve bay, we have a detailed guide intended to show a recommended process on how to wash your vehicle. This guide does not show how long each process will take as this will depend on your vehicle's size and on how dirty it is? We do recommend you make yourself familiar with the controls and the guide before starting your wash, this will ensure you get the most from your time in the bay.
The K9000 can fit 2 medium size dogs at once, however, 10 minutes is a generous amount of time to spend on your dog and as such, you may be able to wash both dogs in the allotted time. Remember though you can add $1 and $2 coins prior to the time running out if you require additional minutes.
Yes, we have a change machine on site. It accepts $5, $10, $20 notes, 50c, 20c, 10c pieces. Attendants can change $50 notes during office hours.
